What we collect
When you request a trial session
The trial form asks for:
- the parent's or guardian's name, email address and, if you choose, phone number
- your child's age and playing position, and, if you choose, their current club
- anything else you decide to write in the message box
We do not ask for your child's name through this website.
How you found us
If you arrived through a link that carries campaign tags, for example from one of our Instagram posts or ads, the form also sends the campaign source, medium, name and content, the website that sent you, the page you landed on and the language you used. This information only reaches us if you send a request. If you accept in the cookie banner, your browser also remembers it for 30 days, so a request sent on a later visit still shows how you first found us.
When you message us on WhatsApp
If you contact us on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp name and your messages. WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply to your request and arrange the trial session. This is a step you ask us to take before any agreement (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
- To understand which of our posts and ads bring families to us. This is our legitimate interest in measuring our own marketing (article 6.1.f of the GDPR). We only see this information when you choose to send a request.
Children
The form is meant for parents and guardians. The only information about a child that we ask for is their age, position and club. If you are under 14, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
How long we keep it
We keep a trial request while we deal with it and for up to 12 months afterwards if your child does not join. If your child joins, we keep the details we need for as long as they train with us, plus any period the law requires.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. The services that deliver the trial form, run our email and host this website handle it only to provide those services to us.
Third-party services on this website
- FormSubmit. When you send the trial form, your details pass through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails them to us. FormSubmit may process data outside the European Union, and its own privacy policy applies to that service.
- WhatsApp and Instagram. Links to these services take you to Meta, whose privacy policy applies there. Meta may process data in the United States and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The highlight videos are hosted on this website, so watching them sends nothing to a third party. The cookie policy explains what this website stores in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at www.aepd.es.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
